Truman High School's cafeteria was upgraded in September with three new serving lines! The QuickSwitch technology allows the Food Service Department to have more flexibility with what and how they serve. Cold and hot items can be next to each other, and wells can switch from hot-to-cold-to-freeze within 1.5 hours.
A big shout out to the Maintenance Department for their involvement in the renovation!
"I'm really proud to be able to do this for the students and staff at Truman," said Food Service Director Brandon Lang. "It has been a long time coming and they deserve it!"
