The School Board of Directors approved the 2023-2024 School Year Calendar for the Bristol Township School District. View the calendar here.
Some notes of importance/interest:
- Certified Teaching Staff will return to the schools on Friday, August 25. The week after will feature three days of professional development from Monday, August 28-Wednesday, August 30 and Orientation Day for Grades K, 6 & 9 on Thursday, August 31.
- Students will return to school for their first day on Tuesday, September 5.
- School will be closed on Monday, September 25 for the Jewish Holiday of Yom Kippur.
- There will be Fall Break for students/teaching staff on Friday, October 13 and Monday, October 16.
- December 11-15 will be early dismissal days at the elementary level for parent/guardian conferences.
- Winter Break begins with an early dismissal on Friday, December 22, 2023.
- School resumes after Winter Break on Tuesday, January 2.
- There will be a Spring Break for students/teaching staff with no school on Thursday, March 28, Friday, March 29 and Monday, April 1.
- June 5-11 will be early dismissal days at the elementary level for parent/guardian conferences.
- The last full day of school will be an early dismissal day for students on Thursday, June 13.
- There are two (2) emergency/snow days built into the calendar for the closing of schools. If not used, school will be closed for teachers and students for two selected days in the spring of 2024.
