Required Clearances for Employment:
All public school employees are required to complete the following mandatory clearances:
PA Criminal Records Check (Act 34)
PA Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151) (Request using Individual Login.)
Federal Background Check (Act 114) - applicants must use the following service code - 1KG6XN Pennsylvania PDE-School Districts
*You will receive an email when your unofficial clearance is ready. Do not open the email on your phone, as the clearance can only be accessed once. Please download and submit both pages of your unofficial clearance. These pages include your UEID number, which HR requires to complete the official clearance process.
All clearances must be requested for Employment purposes and submitted as an Individual Request.
