Student Teaching/Intern Requirements
Thank you for your interest in completing your student observation experience with Bristol Township School District. Before beginning your observation hours, please complete and submit all required documentation listed below to the Human Resources Office.
Please note: If you have a student attending one of our schools, you will not be placed in the same building as your student during your student teaching period.
All clearances, as well as the physical examination and TB test, must have been completed within the past year.
1. University Documentation
Provide a letter from your university outlining the details and requirements of your student observation period. The letter should include:
- Student’s name
- School/program name
- Observation requirements
- Required number of hours
- Dates or timeframe for the observation
- Any other specific requirements established by the university

5. Physical Examination & TB Test

All required documentation must be submitted to the Human Resources Office ([email protected]) and approved before the student observation/internship experience may begin. Please allow sufficient time to complete the background clearances, fingerprinting, physical examination, and TB testing prior to your scheduled observation period.
