In order to avoid any charges to your student's account, students are required to take a "Complete" meal.

What is a "Complete" meal?

There are 5 components to a NSLP/NSBP meal.

Meat/Meat Alternate | Grain | Fruit | Vegetable | Milk

For Breakfast
 
    • Select a ½ Cup of Fruit or Vegetable (or Both!)
    • Pick at least two other food components – Grain, Protein or Milk
    • Select a minimum of 3 components and a maximum of 4
For Lunch
    • Select a ½ Cup of Fruit or Vegetable (or Both!)
    • Pick at least two other food components – Grain, Protein or Milk
    • Select a minimum of 3 components and a maximum of 5
